“Thank you so much for your hard work
at our Star cocktail party at Memorial Hall. After your success with
the reception of Paul Lawrence Dunbar: Common Ground, we were confident
in placing the festivities in your hands. Needless to say, we were
not disappointed. You and your staff handled things with great aplomb.”

We write to express our sincere appreciation for your role in making
“Cookin Men 2002”
a tremendous success. Because you, a distinguished community leader,
were so generous with your time, energy, finances, and good will,
we were able to raise funds needed to continue work in our program
areas. We have received many favorable comments on the evening and
preparations have begun for next year's event. We admire and respect
you and look forward to working with you again as we join forces to
enhance the quality of life in the Dayton community.

Dr Mr. Hyman:
Thank You! To think I called you after my scheduled caterer canceled
less than three business day before my event. I was in major-panic
mode and despite the high recommendation that accompanied the referral
to you; I was not convinced my event could be salvaged.
You listened to my predicament and assured me you could handle the
event. You requested I send my vision for the event and you would
follow-up once you returned to your office. Upon your return and
a brief conversation with me, I had proposal via fax within minutes!
You answered every question, reassured me when I grew anxious, and
enabled me to relinquish control of this part of the program and
not worry about it. I recall telling you I wanted wonderful cuisine
and fabulous presentation, and you responded 'it will be fit for
a queen!'
Well, you made over forty people feel like kings and queen that
day. The food was delicious and the presentation was beyond out
highest expectations (rose petals on the table...how wonderful).
As much as I'd like to keep you 'my little secret' because you make
me look good, my associates are clamoring for your information.
Expect future contracts from the CBS/CTS.
Mr. Hyman, I asked and you delivered well beyond my expectations.
I would not hesitate to recommended your catering services to other
people and companies. You sincere appreciation of our business was
demonstrated in your enthusiasm, professionalism, quality and customer
service. We are thankful and look forward to continuing to do business
with you.
I am reminded how you always end our conversations with the words:
'I appreciate you.' Mr. Hyman please know the appreciation is manual.
Please feel free to use me as a reference when needed. My direct
number is 461-3361.
